About Clemco Technologies
Company Bio
In
1986, at 18 years old, I began my career in Law Enforcement as a Reserve
Police Officer for a Southern California Agency. I continued my career
by becoming a full time officer at the age of 21. Throughout my career,
I was fortunate to work with a number of exceptional officers and attain
a high level of patrol tactics. Throughout my experiences, officer safety
became an obsession. I've worked as a Field Training Officer, Firearms
and Defensive Tactics Instructor and also was a member of my department's
Warrant Entry Team. A knee injury in 1998 cut my patrol career short,
though my training and experience allowed me to become a full time instructor
at a Southern California Academy. I am currently a POST Master Instructor
and conduct Advanced Officer Training in all aspects of patrol tactics
and officer survival.
Like many officers, I often found myself
in situations with the idea that there had to be a more efficient way
to get the job done. In 1992, I came up with the original concept for
the Patrol TAC Mirror. Originally called "The Searcher,"
my concept was to allow officers to conduct searches more safely. For
the next decade, I searched for a company that could produce the mirror.
To my dismay, most companies that I approached felt that the design
seemed too problematic. Finally, in 2001, I found a company who felt
that they could produce the mirror to my specifications. After 10 years
of development, and several different design changes, the Patrol TAC
Mirror became a reality.
As the Patrol TAC Mirror neared
the production process, I realized that hundreds of officers throughout
the nation must have had similar ideas. I am sure that they encountered
many of the same development problems. Due to this realization, I was
able to create Clemco Technologies. It was created to help those who
have developed new products for law enforcement but do not know where
to take the next step. The time and money necessary to develop simply
one product forces many projects to be classified as "unreasonable."
If accepted by Clemco Technologies, your
concept can reach the law enforcement market with no expense to you.
We will produce your product and introduce it to the market while providing
you with a percentage of all profits for the life of the product. If
